Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KeenTech Solutions website (keentech.tech) and the products and services we offer. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

KeenTech Solutions (operating as "keentech.") is a sole proprietorship based in Sidney, Nebraska, USA, providing custom web development, AI integrations, voice agents, and ongoing platform management.

2. Services

Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for each engagement are described on the Pricing page and confirmed in writing (email or signed scope) before work begins. Every website we build is hosted and managed by KeenTech on a monthly care plan, which is required for as long as the site is live. Foundation builds offered at no build fee require a 12-month care plan. Care plans and Voice AI plans renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes; Paddle calculates and collects tax at checkout where required.
• Subscriptions renew on the same day each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
• Voice AI overage minutes are billed in arrears at the published per-minute rate of your plan.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a month-to-month care plan or Voice AI plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your service continues until then. Because KeenTech hosts and manages every site, cancelling a care plan ends hosting for that site at the end of the paid period.

Care plans that come with a free build have a 12-month minimum term that starts on the day your site launches, and continue month to month after that. If you cancel before launch, you pay only for the work completed so far, prorated from the listed build price. If you cancel after launch but before the 12 months are complete, you pay the lesser of the remaining monthly payments in the term or the build fee we waived, so an early cancellation never costs more than the build would have.

One-time build projects are governed by the terms of your individual scope agreement.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Send spam, malware, or fraudulent communications.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense our work without written permission.

7. Ownership & License

KeenTech builds, hosts, and manages every site; we do not hand off source code or transfer sites to other hosts. KeenTech owns the code, designs, templates, tools, and infrastructure used to build and run your site, and while your care plan is active you have the right to use your site for your business. You keep ownership of your own content, including your text, photos, logos, and trademarks, and you give us permission to use it to build and run your site. Domain names registered in your name remain yours. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

When a care plan ends, we take the site offline at the end of the paid period. Your content stays yours: ask within 30 days and we will send you a copy of the text, images, and files you provided, at no charge, and help you point your domain wherever you choose.

8. Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and access (domains, accounts) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeenTech's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
