Month-to-month plans can be cancelled any time, and your site stays up until the end of the paid month. Ask within 30 days and we’ll send you your content at no charge. Free builds come with a 12-month plan. Sites can’t be paused and switched back on, so bringing a cancelled site back online has a one-time $699 reconnect fee.
